I'm in love with music (mostly classic rock) and big into movies. I graduated from college with a degree with screenwriting. I love animals of all kinds, have two dogs of my own. Really into traveling and hope to do more of it this year.

- Where I liveCurrently, living in New Jersey but working (practically living) in New York City.
- Where are you originally from?
- Do you want to stay there?Oh my God I want to move so bad. But seems I've hit that quarter life crisis part of my life and don't know what the heck I want to do or where I want to go first. If I was able to go anywhere in the world right now, I'd be headed back to Scotland. Since that's not a reality, I'm hoping to either move out to the west coast (California) or slighty closer to home. I gotta figure this out, because I'm definitely tired of living in New Jersey.
- What is your occupation?I work for an awesome entertainment company in Manhattan. Since I'm doing the 40 hour a week thing, that's where I spend most of my time.
- What have you done so far?I haven't done that much in the entertainment world yet. Although I did intern two years ago on a music documentary about The Who which I really, really loved, and also spent some time as an intern for VH1. And then I have put together some music videos on my own time for my own personal projects... but I'm not sure if they count since I wasn't getting paid there.
- What are your future plans?Hmm... big question. My future plans would be to see every part of the world I would like to see and make documentaries about rock bands/musicians. This wouldn't necessarily be happening at the same time, but if it did that could make the traveling even better. And of course at some point, hopefully within the next 10 years I'd like the whole family thing to happen.
- Your perfect partnerMy "perfect" partner would be a guy who is down to earth, caring, artistic, witty... someone with a good sense of humor and a love for music/movies... hm, someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously but has ambition and a drive to succeed in whatever it is they like. Eh, is this too picky? I guess generally I like the "nice guy with an edge" type.

- What are you interests/hobbies?I'm very passionate about music and want to get into filming bands, either for music videos, live shows, or documentaries... doesn't really matter to me there. I like to write, although I don't give myself much time to do much of that. I love art, generally. -- Also, really love animals (dogs especially) and of course have an interest in traveling as previously mentioned.
- MusicDave Matthews Band has been my favorite since about 1998, I've seen them in concert many, many times.... but my fascination with them has dwindled down over the past few years. I was obsessed with The Who in 2006... I was really so into Pete Townshend for a while there. More recently I've gotten very into Keane and of course Coldplay. Love them both, but Keane especially... great band! So those are the top four, DMB, Keane, The Who, Coldplay.... other than that I love classic rock in general.
- Your fav tv seriesFavorite is The Office (US version, sorry!)
- Your fav books/authorsI don't read as much as I'd like, although I'm a sucker for the Harry Potter series (childish, I know) -- but actually, my favorite book is A Clockwork Orange, and also really like Stephen King. I'm trying to branch out a bit more but I'm a very picky reader.
- What sort of movies do you like?There are so many to list here. Favorite directors are Quentin Tarantino and Tim Burton. Really into Sweeney Todd at the moment. Love all the cheesy movies from the '80s.
- Types of people you like?I just like generally outgoing, friendly people. I'm much more of a listener than a talker in "real life" so I get along with people who aren't afraid to open up... people that will ask me questions and get ME talking, ha ha. I like being able to share interests with people just like anyone else I guess, so I generally get along well with other music/movie fans.
- What kind of people do you find attractive? I don't really have a specific taste in men. However, the key word here is "men" -- I generally like guys that are older than me. (Not *that* much older, though) - I do have a fondness for musicians, I can't deny that. I like a guy that has some sort of style that makes them stand out. But really, physical attributes aren't all that important. Personality goes a very long way with me.
- DrinksI rarely drink, but when I do it's usually when I go out to a concert or something like that, and if I'm drinking it's usually going to be beer instead of a mixed drink or liquor.
- HolidaysI've only been on one holiday by myself and that was in 2006 when I went to Ireland, Scotland, and England. It was one of the best times of my life and I really can't wait to go back again. I'm also hoping to go to South America at some point and other parts of Europe. Just have to start saving up the money.
- PetsPretty much dogs of all kinds. I have two pitbull mixes and they are like my kids. I also have three guinea pigs! So I'm kind of like a little kid when it comes to pets, although I have to admit it's been difficult thinking about moving or traveling because of them. Oh well. I read a quote once that always sticks with me, even though it is silly - "The more people I meet, the more I like my dog." -- This has proven time and time again to be true for me. ;)
- Fav thingWell, my pets are the most important thing to me that I "own" ha, but for an inanimate object I guess my laptop.
- Fav PlaceEdinburgh, Scotland. Maybe that'll change after I see more of the world, but for now there's no place better to me.

My attitude
- Family lifeI guess I would want the traditional family thing, when the time comes. Mom, dad, son, daughter, dog, living in a nice house in a pretty town. Sounds good to me, just not anytime soon.
